If the rod is damaged due to faults in material or craftmanship within the first 2 years after purchase, the part will be replaced for free. All you have to do is to
send the broken rod along a copy of the receipt from the buy (received from the dealer when you buy the rod) to A.Jensen Fly Fishing Denmark or the national A.Jensen distributor.

If the rod is damaged during the first 2 years after purchase, and it is NOTdue to fault in material or craftmanship, the part will be replaced for a nominal charge of
EUR 75 EUR for a single hand rod and 85 EUR for a double hand rod (this covers
handling and shipping costs).

5 YEAR WARRANTY

The warranty can be extended with extra 3 years to a 5-year warranty. That required registering the rod on our website.

If the rod is damaged in the extender period (after 2 years), please send the broken rod along with a copy of the rod registration (received when you register a newly purchased rod) to A.Jensen Fly Fishing Denmark or the national A.Jensen distributor. The rod part will then be repaired or replaced. If the rod series has been discontinued, it will be replaced with a comparable model.

A nominal charge of 75 EUR for single-hand rods and 85 EUR for double-hand rods applies to cover handling costs.

IMPORTANT:
The 5-year warranty applies only to the original owner and must be registered
within 14 days of purchase. Unregistered or resold rods are not covered by this
warranty. The warranty is activated by filling out the Rod Registration form
below and uploading a readable photo of the receipt.

Once the rod is registered, the owner will receive a confirmation email for the rod
registration.

The information will be stored for 5 years until the warranty expires, after which all data will be deleted.
