Special line that glows in the dark. It has to be charged - of course- but it does light up for a reasonable time, so that you don't have to recharge every cast.
Originally made for night fishing, where the glow line will help you keep track of your fly in the low light conditions. The line is a result from wishes from Swedish anglers that fish with Caddis/Sedge pupa imitations with a down stream swing targeting big night active trout. The line helps tracking the fly to get in the target zone.
