Nathalie Segel is a young woman from Sweden, that lives on the Island Värmdö in the Stockholm archipelago together with her boyfriend Christian (also a pro team member).

Nathalie has been an outdoor girl all her life, where a lot of time was spent doing “nature stuff”, like finding berries, hiking in the woods and mountains and fishing with her father.

But when she met Christian she were pulled into the world of flyfishing. She immediately started tying pike flies, which became a way of relaxing in the evening….

Christian took her out fishing from a float tube. It was not easy in the beginning with a lot of missed takes. But when she landed her first pike on the fly – a really nice fish weighing 6,3 kg – she knew, that she had got the “fly bug”, and since then she has never looked back.

Today Nathalie is a skillful pike flyfisher, and she makes some really, really, really nice pike flies!!

Lately she has started an interest in fishing for game species, but Nathalie is first and foremost a Pike fly fisher.
