Placing and Payment of Orders
Our website is open 24/7/365. It can though be closed for a short period due to maintenance.
The office is open Monday-Friday from 8.30 to 15.30. Visits to our showroom/General shop is done by contacting us to arrange the visit, and it is also possible to visit the showroom outside normal opening hours. (info@AJensenFlyFishing.com).
Salesmen are available on phone from 9.00 to 16.00 local time (please note, they are not always available due to visits in shops, in that case please leave a message on their voice mail). To contact them outside these hours, please send an e-mail.
When ordering online please note that additional payments like Customs fees and shipping will be added after you have finished your order, just before you’re directed to the payment.
If you are a retailer/distributor, please contact us, so we can create an account for you. After that is done you will be able to enter the B2B webshop.
If you are a private customer, you just register yourself and when finished you will get an e-mail with a link to your personal password.
When ordering at www.AJensenFlyFishing.com, you agree to providing us with your name, address, e-mail and phone number. We need this info to be able to handle your order and to be able to contact you if that is needed. That could be due to problems with delivery, stock or payment.
Retailers/Distributors will receive an invoice from A.Jensen Fly Fishing, where the payment terms and bank details will be stated.
Orders to private customers can be paid with the following payment cards:

The payment will be deducted from the card when the order is shipped from our warehouse.
Payment is done through a secure platform.
A.Jensen Fly Fishing use GLS to ship worldwide. Upon request we will provide a tracking number for your shipment.
When shipping to Retailers/Distributors you will always find a copy of the invoice in the box/boxes. If you also require the invoice by e-mail, please contact us (info@AJensenFlyFishing.com) and inform which e-mail we should send your invoice to.
The goods are at the buyers risk as from the delivery, but in spite of delivery, property in the goods is not passed from A.Jensen Fly Fishing ApS, until the company has been paid the amount in full and no other sum.
As a private consumer you have 10 working days (14 days) of cancellation, where you can regret the purchase and return the item to us. The 10 working days starts from the day you receive the products.
The returned items must be unused, in perfect condition and in original packaging.
Some special offers are not covered by this right – we will inform you if that is the case.
If the purchase is cancelled, you have 1 week to arrange for the return of the goods. You must pay the shipping cost for returning the goods yourself. You must enclose a copy of the invoice with the returning goods. A.Jensen Fly Fishing ApS will check the returned goods and refund the amount back to your account within 3 working days. If the goods are not in perfect condition or the packaging is broken or not original, we will deduct an amount to cover these expenses for us.
For Retailers/Distributors returning of products is only accepted after a written agreement. Products with price tags are not accepted. We only accept goods in perfect condition in original and unbroken packaging. Returned products from Retailers/Distributors will be deducted a 5 % fee for coverage of the handling costs. The Retailer/Distributor will receive a credit note for the returned goods, for which they must order other products, unless other is agreed upon in writing.

Make sure the goods are packed, so they are not damaged by freight – we will not accept damaged goods.
For our Fly rods:
All A.Jensen fly rods are covered by a 2 year warranty. This covers defects due to craftmanship or materials. If the rod is damaged, please send the rod and the original receipt (received when you buy the rod) to your dealer. You can also send the rod to us. You must pay the shipping cost for returning the goods yourself. You must also enclose a copy of the invoice with the rod.
If the damage is covered by the warranty, the rod will be repaired or replaced.
After 2 years, or in case of the damage is not caused by defect due to craftmanship or materials, each part will be charged at a price equal to the recommended retail price divided by the amount of part. Meaning a part from a 4 piece rod cost ¼ of the recommended retail price of that rod.
Impotant: The warranty only applies to the original owner and the owner must be able to present the original receipt of the purchase. Resold rods are not covered by this warranty.
For all other products:
You have 2 years to complain the items you have purchased.
This means that you can either get the item repaired, exchanged, the money back or a refusal in the price, depending on the specific situation. It is a requirement that the complaint is justified and that the defect has not arisen as a result of improper use of the product or other harmful behavior.
You must contact us within "reasonable time" after you have discovered the defect of the item. If you contact within 14 days after the defect has been discovered, the complaint will always be timely.
For products with limited durability, your complaint is limited by the durability period that A.Jensen Fly Fishing has given you
You must pay the shipping cost for returning the goods yourself. You must also enclose a copy of the invoice with the returned goods.
In order to shop at www.A.JensenFlyFishing.com, you must provide the following information:
The above data is stored with information about your purchase for 5 years from the end of the fiscal year to which the information relates, § 10 of the Public Administration Act, after which the information is deleted.
Login data created to be able to order from our websites will not be deleted unless you ask us to do it.
Information is not disclosed or sold to third parties unless this happens in connection with a restructuring or a full or partial sale of the company. Possible disclosure in such a situation will be in accordance with the personal data law currently in force.
As a customer you have the opportunity to gain insight into our registration of data about you and you may object to a registration in accordance with the rules on this in the Personal Data Processing. Deleting all information will immediately be done upon the customers request.

Law and Jurisdiction
Any dispute between A.Jensen Fly Fishing ApS and the buyer shall be settled in accordance with Danish law with Hillerød Byret/Østre Landsret as agreed by the court of law, § 245 of the Code of Criminal Procedure (retsplejelovens § 245), whether the case is brought by A.Jensen Fly Fishing ApS against the buyer or buyer against A.Jensen Fly Fishing ApS.
Disclamer and Reservations for changes, printing errors
A.Jensen Fly Fishing take reservation for printing errors
All prices are liable to alteration without notice, for instance due to currency changes, and the orders are accepted at the price ruling at the day of dispatch.
A.Jensen Fly Fishing ApS or any of it’s employees, representatives or collaborators is not liable for damages or accidents resulting from the use of the website or the products sold on the website.
